Keehwan Kim – Co-Founder
My name is Keehwan Kim, and I’m passionate about language education. Since 2005, I’ve been dedicated to teaching languages, focusing primarily on teaching English to Korean learners and Korean to English speakers.
In 2016, I began exploring the world of online course creation, and by 2019, I fully transitioned from classroom teaching to developing Korean language courses online.
Jason Park – Co-Founder
Jason Park started Hangul House, a cool place for learning Korean, because he had a tough time learning the language himself. He grew up with different cultures and found it hard to really get Korean.
He started learning Korean by himself using textbooks, language apps, and traditional classes but nothing seemed to work. So after a few years of struggling he decided to create Hangul House.
Jun Yang – CMO
I’m Jun. I started my career in marketing, but as I dove deeper, I found myself fascinated by other aspects of the field. I began to focus on funnel building, learning how to create pathways that guide people towards the best outcomes possible.
In my free time I enjoy watch K-dramas like Crash Landing on You, Goblin and Itaewon Class.
Lee Jeongbin – Product Manager
Jeongbin loves learning about the Korean language. Her interest lies in teaching and studying the Korean language. In her spare time, she likes to flip through the Korean dictionary.
Cortney Welch – Content Writer
Courtney graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s in political science and Korean. Her interest lie in teaching Korean and studying Korean politics. In her free time she enjoys watching movies, cooking, reading snd doing whatever else her friends invite her along to do.
Sophia Lee – Head of Support
Sophia was born in the states and loves K-drama, K-pop, and everything about the Korean culture. She has over 8 years of experience in different customer support teams leading tens of people, making her an invaluable asset in understanding and addressing customer needs.
